Purpose Ensure smooth operation of press area

Responsibilities/Typical Activities

Capturing of and notation of relevant data
Operation of 6 Presses - 5 Diemme and 1 Della Toffola
Calculation and Application of additives
Liaison with Bin Tip Operator
Liaison with Cellar Manager
Adoption of existing Quality Systems

Press/Area/Plant hygiene
Marc management
Forklift Operation
SCADA Operation – Tank Chilling
Tank ‘dips' for volume

Comment:
This is one of the ultimate positions for an experienced Winery worker! Requirements are fitness, cool under pressure, and a sense of humour!
